Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern participation in the Razer Special Forces Program (“Special Forces Program”). By participating in the Special Forces Program, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with these terms:

  • This Special Forces Program is only eligible to current sales associates employed by either Razer or its retail partners that sell Razer products and/or merchandise.
  • This Special Forces Program is provided at no cost to any Participant or retail partner of Razer.
  • Participant may access confidential information during the Special Forces Program and all such information must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties, during or after participation.
  • All training materials in connection with the Special Forces Program remain the exclusive property of Razer. No reproduction, distribution, or use outside the Special Forces Program is permitted without prior written consent of Razer.
  • Any personal information of the Participant collected by Razer through the program shall be in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Razer reserves the right to terminate Participant’s involvement in the Special Forces Program at any time for breach of these terms, misconduct, or at Razer’s sole discretion.
  • Razer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Participant’s participation in the program. Participation is voluntary and at Participant’s own risk.
  • Razer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Special Forces Program at any time without notice.
  • Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. Additionally, prizes are not for resale, and may not be sold or auctioned under any circumstances.
  • By participating in the Special Forces Program, Participant acknowledges that Razer shall have a royalty-free, perpetual, fully paid, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use any feedback or testimonials (“Feedback”) provided by the participant for the purposes of marketing or promoting the program. The participant further acknowledges that should any of the Feedback include the participant’s name, image, likeness, signature, voice, conversation, sounds, biographical data, and/or any other personal identifiable information (“PII”), participant grants Razer the right to collect, use, store, and disclose the PII for the purposes of marketing or promoting the program.
